Evaluation Of Training
A range of techniques for ensuring that participants are engaged in the learning process and are able to assimilate the learning being shared will be employed by the facilitators. This will include oral discussions, question and answer sessions, peer to peer learning and individual and group presentations.
In an effort to provide a real measure of the impact of training and the return on your training investment, we will apply the Kirkpatrick model of training evaluation at various stages of the engagement to determine the effectiveness and impact of the training on the participants themselves and in the operations of your organization.
Reaction
At the end of each workshop, participants will be required to complete the Kirkpatrick Level 1 evaluation form. This will gauge the immediate impact of the training on the individual participants. The findings of this exercise will form part of a report to be presented five days after the completion of the training to you.
Learning
At the end of the on-site facilitation session the we will remain connected virtually for coaching and mentoring and allow a Kirkpatrick Level 2 evaluation to be conducted to gauge the learning of the participants.
Behavior
Three months after the implementation of the system, our team will return to conduct a Kirkpatrick Level 3 assessment of the success of the intervention and to guide on possible improvements to be made. This will be done using the Table Top Needs Analysis method and will require discussions with line managers of the participants or peers as the case may be prior to training and again, three months post training. Findings of this will be presented to you.
Results
In the next reporting cycle, the objectives of the intervention will provide a baseline for determining whether there are observable and positive changes in the operations of your business, engagement of the staff and overall improvement in performance of your team.
