Industrial Relations Consultant, Certified Mediator

Mediator. Fearless advocate. Industrial relations savant. Just a few words to describe In Vision’s Employee Relations guru. Gregory’s mind is a myriad of expertise; paved with a unique repertoire of professional practice. Gregory is experienced on both sides of the collective bargaining table, with 30+ years’ experience as a trusted Industrial Relations Practitioner.

Before embarking on his In-Vision journey, Gregory was Head of Industrial Relations in the energy industry. His forte was joining forces with the trade union, along with organization leaders, to resolve employment-related disputes.

Gregory always uses his best judgement, fused with proven mediation techniques and negotiation strategies, to turn issues into resolutions. In fact, Gregory has represented management at the Industrial Court for more than two solid decades. Prior to this, Gregory served as Labour Relations Officer within one of Trinidad and Tobago’s most influential trade unions.

Determined

Gregory continues to believe in the power of social dialogue. This proved indispensable when designing models for in-house mediation centres. Gregory currently provides IR Consulting for organizations – private, public, and co-operative sectors. He is responsible for assisting with employer-employee relationship matters.
